Ethics of Company

Our Ethics and Compliance Program consists of ethics, anti-corruption compliance, trade compliance, political law and political action committee (PAC) compliance, and privacy compliance. Integrity is a core value, and we continuously encourage employee engagement in our ethics program through internal communications, training, and activities. In addition, we deploy an annual Culture of Ethics survey to our employees and use the feedback to advance the program.

Ethics Helpline

We implemented our 24-hour Ethics Helpline, which is available to those who want to ask questions or report concerns about business practices, violations of law, and company policies.

Political Action Committee

Engineers Innovation Group of Company(EIG) is a voluntary, bipartisan political action committee (PAC) comprised of Engineers Innovation Group of Company(EIG) employees who are eligible to participate using a set of guidelines established by the Federal Election Committee. All contributions and required filings are reviewed to ensure compliance with all applicable law and regulation.

Trade Compliance

Engineers Innovation Group of Company(EIG) establishes and maintains a proactive approach to compliance with all requirements for the compliant movement across international borders of goods, information, and services. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with regulations from the Departments of Commerce, Defense, Energy, Homeland Security, State, and Treasury..

Anti-Corruption

Engineers Innovation Group of Company(EIG) conducts all business transactions ethically and in full compliance with all applicable laws, including anticorruption legislation, and abides by all applicable anti-corruption laws Accordingly, Engineers Innovation Group of Company(EIG) has zero tolerance for bribery or corruption of any kind and we expect the same from our partners.
